摘要
以羟基化碳纳米管为交联剂,通过共价修饰的方法制得环氧乙烷-四氢呋喃嵌段共聚物基聚氨酯弹性体,并进行了相关结构表征和性能测试。透射电子显微镜图显示碳纳米管在反应后均匀的分散在聚氨酯基体中。当碳纳米管含量为0.5%(wt,质量分数)时,弹性体拉伸强度可达11.4MPa,延伸率为1110%,起始分解温度为250℃,具有良好的热稳定性。
Carbon Nanotubes(CNT)covalent modified ethylene oxide-tetrahydrofuran block copolyether polyurethane elastomers were prepared using hydroxylation carbon nanotubes as crosslinking agent,then relative structure characterization and property test were carried out.Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)images showed that CNT can be dispersed uniformly in the polymer matrix after covalent modification.When CNT was 0.5%(wt),the tensile strength of elastomer reached to 11.4MPa,the breaking elongation was 1110%,and the onset decomposition temperature was 250℃,which showed excellent thermal stability.
