摘要
鸦片战争之后,海禁大开,中外互市。在当时的历史条件下,商船是最为重要的运输工具,各国非常重视航运业的发展。我国近代的轮船通航权是在列强逼迫之下逐渐开放的,呈现出先江海后内河的过程。轮船招商局创立于1872年,并于1902年成立其最大附属企业内河轮船公司。中国航海博物馆收藏的招商内河轮船公司股票为1902年(光绪二十八年)其初创时发行,股票、封套、息摺保存完整,品相完好,可窥见内河轮船公司的成立过程、兴衰历史及其与轮船招商局的关系,是我国晚清乃至民国初期波谲云诡的航运历史的最好见证。
The maritime embargo was broken up and the foreign trade was resumed after the Opium War. Under the historical circumstances of that time, the merchant ship became the most important means of transport and the development of shipping business was attached great importance in every country. Chinese modern navigation rights were gradually forced to open to the foreign powers from river-sea to inland rivers. China Merchants Steamship Navigation Group was founded in 1872 and Merchants Inland River Shipping Company was established in 1902 as its largest subsidiary enterprise. The stocks of Inland River Merchants Shipping Company collected in China Maritime Museum were issued in Guang Xu 28th (1902) in the preliminary stage of the company. The stocks, the big envelop and the interests folder were all well preserved in good condition, from which it's possible to detect the founding course of Inland River Shipping Company, its prospering and declining as well as the relationship between it and China Merchants Steamship Navigation Group. Besides, they are also the best proofs of changeful shipping history of late Qing and early Republic of China.
