摘要
亲职教育是家庭教育的重要组成部分,美国作为最早提倡亲职教育的国家,其亲职教育在经过长期发展后逐渐走向成熟,在亲职教育立法、组织体制、内容、模式、师资水平、父母学习意识等方面积累了许多先进的经验。吸收和借鉴美国的亲职教育经验对建立和完善我国的亲职教育体系具有重要意义。我国发展亲职教育应积极立法、尽快建立多元主体的实施体制、丰富教育内容、运用多样化教育方式、探索亲职教育新模式、培养师资队伍、提高父母学习意识。
Parenting education is an essential part of family education. As the first country to advocate parenting education, the United States is gradually becoming mature after a long period of development, and plenty of advanced experiences have been accumu- lated in many aspects of parenting education, such as parenting education legislation, organizational system, content, mode, teachers＇ level and parents＇ learning awareness, etc. Absorbing and drawing lessons from the practice of parenting education in the United States are of great significance for the establishment and perfection of the parenting education system in China. We should actively promote the legislation, establish the implementation system of multiple subjects as soon as possible, enrich the content of education, use diversified educational methods, explore the new model of parenting education, cultivate teachers team and raise the parents＇ learning awareness.
