基于Bayes方法的传感器寿命预测研究

摘要 针对传感器的寿命预测一般采用基于退化试验数据预测的方法,但是往往预测精度不高。为了提高预测精度,提出了一种基于Bayes方法的修正理论,将退化试验数据与后验数据结合起来分析。最后,以某型号国产霍尔电流传感器为研究对象,利用Bayes修正理论对其进行寿命预测,经检验,其寿命预测结果与企业返回的统计数据基本一致。 Aiming to predict the sensor life, but the prediction accuracy is not enough. In based on the Bayes theorem, combine d the method based on the degradation test data is generally adopted, order to improve the prediction accuracy, propose a corrective theory egradati type of domestic hall current sensor as the upon examination, the life prediction results on test data and posterior data for analysisl. Finally, use a certain research object, using the Bayes theorem to do the life prediction, and the enterprise' s statistics are basically identical.
