摘要
基于中空球体零件的结构特点,分析其加工工艺及加工难点,通过Power MILL软件进行编程解决了内球面的刀位轨迹设计难等问题,提出一种提高五轴编程安全性的方法。
This paper analyzes the structural characteristics of the hollow football, discusses its process and analyzes its processing difficulties. The programming is completed by PowerMILL software to solve the cutter location path within the sphere of difficult design problem, and puts forward a method to improve the safety of five-axis programming.
