摘要
介绍了镁合金激光焊接工艺及其特点,分析了镁合金激光焊接接头质量的影响因素。综述了镁合金激光焊接接头缺陷的种类及形成原因,总结了解决气孔、裂纹等焊接缺陷问题的技术和方法。对镁合金激光焊接的发展趋势进行了展望。
Laser welding process and characteristics of magnesium alloy were introduced. The factors influencing the quality of magnesium alloy laser welding joint were analyzed. Type and forming reason of defects in laser welding joint of magnesium alloy were reviewed. Technology and methods to solve the problem of welding defects such as porosity, crack were summarized. The development trend of laser welding of magnesium alloy was forecasted.
