摘要
目的观察妊娠合并糖代谢异常孕妇的妊娠结局。方法选取2014年1月~2016年1月在我院治疗的妊娠合并糖代谢异常孕妇100例为观察组,另选同期在我院进行分娩的100例糖代谢正常孕妇作为对照组。比较两组孕妇的分娩方式、孕妇并发症、胎儿并发症以及新生儿合并症等妊娠结局。结果观察组孕妇的剖宫产率为75.00%,高于对照组(10.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组孕妇并发症的发生率为35.00%,胎儿并发症的发生率为25.00%,新生儿合并症的发生率为21.00%,均高于对照组(13.00%、8.00%、5.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并糖代谢异常会导致孕妇和胎儿产生严重的并发症,对孕妇的身体健康和新生儿的发育有较大的影响,应加强防治措施。
Objective To observe the pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism.Meth- ods One hundred cases of pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the observation group,another 100 pregnant women with normal glucose metabolism delivered in our hospi- tal were selected as the control group.The pregnancy outcomes including delivery mode,complications of pregnant wom- en,complications of the fetus and neonatal in the two groups were compared.Results The rate of cesarean section in the observation group was 75.00%,much higher than that in the control group （10.00%）,the difference was statistically sig- nificant （P〈0.05）.The incidence of complications of pregnant women in the observation group was 35.00%,the incidence of complications of fetal was 25.00%,and the incidence of complications of neonatal was 21.00%,was higher than that in the control group （13.00%,8.00%,5.00%）,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Pregnancy with abnormal glucose metabolism can lead to serious complications in pregnant women and fetuses with the adverse effects on the health of pregnant women and the development of newborns,which should take intensive measures on prevention and control.
