摘要
目的探讨纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗支气管扩张合并感染的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年8月~2016年10月收治的支气管扩张合并感染患者120例。按照双色球分组法将其分为两组,每组60例。对照组给予常规吸痰治疗,观察组给予纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗。治疗后,比较两组患者的治疗效果、痊愈时间、住院时间及再就诊次数、并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.00%,对照组为83.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者的痊愈时间、住院时间显著短于对照组,再就诊次数显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者并发症发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的11.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗支气管扩张合并感染的效果较好,能快速改善患者的临床症状,且并发症较少,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of alveolar lavage used by fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the treat- ment of bronchiectasis complicated with infection.Methods 120 cases with bronchiectasis complicated with infection treated in our hospital from August 2014 to October 2016 period were selected and they were divided into two groups according to the two-color ball grouping,and each group had 60 cases.Control group was given routine suctioning treat- ment,while observation group was given alveolar lavage used by fiberoptic bronchoscopy treatment.After treatment,the therapeutic effect,recovery time,length of hospital stay,number of revisits and complications were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.00% in observation group and 83.33% in control group, and there was a significant difference between two groups （P〈0.01）.The recovery time,length of hospital stay in observa- tion group were significantly shorter than those of control group,and number of re-treatment was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.01）.The incidence rate of complication in observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than the control group （11.67%）,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Alveolar lavage used by fiberop- tic bronchoscopy in the treatment of bronchiectasis complicated with infection has a better effect,and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with fewer complications,it is worthy of promotion.
