摘要
直肠癌是全球第三大常见癌症,严重影响人类的身体健康和生活质量,理应受到重视,实现个体化治疗方案至关重要。磁共振成像及其功能成像可以准确地诊断直肠癌,并进行术前评估、预后判断及放化疗效果评估,从而为临床治疗方案的选择提供有用的信息。本文就DWI在直肠癌术前评估及放化疗疗效评估的临床应用进展作一简要综述。
Rectal cancer is the third most common malignancy in all the world which seriously affects human physical health and quality of life.It should be valued by people,and the realization of individualized treatment strategies is very important.MRI and its functional MR can be used to diagnose rectal cancer accurately,and assess preoperative situation, predict prognosis and evaluate effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy which provide useful informations for choosing clinical treatment strategies.In this article,we reviewed the clinical application of DWI in preoperative evaluation of rectal cancer and evaluation of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
