摘要
可译性与不可译性问题是当代西方翻译理论的核心问题之一,也是翻译界一个争论已久的问题。本文在基于语言是可译的这个前提之下,借助当代语言学的研究成果,对可译性与不可译性问题在理论上作了一个较为充分的论述与总结,从而揭示可译性和不可译性之间的辩证关系。
Being one of the central subjects in contemporary western translation theory,the issue of translatability and untranslatability is a long-debated one in the translation field.Establishing the former as a true proposition,this paper attempts to make an in-depth analysis of translatability and untranslatability on the basis of the achievements in the contemporary linguistic research and thus reveals the dialectic relationship between the two.
