摘要
行政问责制是强化政府职责、改善政府管理的有效途径,也是实现依法治国、构建和谐社会的必由之路。现阶段,我国行政问责制度建设已取得了显著成效,但在行政问责制度建设和实践中还存在诸多问题亟待改进。本文主要从行政问责制度的内涵入手,分析行政问责制度存在的问题,并在此基础上,深入探讨完善我国行政问责制度的措施。
the administrative accountability system is to strengthen the responsibility of the government,improve the government management is the effective way of governing the country according to law,but also the realization of building a harmonious society,the route one must take.At this stage,China's administrative accountability system construction has made remarkable achievements,but in the administrative accountability system construction and practice there are still many problems to be improved urgently.This article mainly from the administrative accountability system's connotation,the analysis of administrative accountability system problems,and on this basis,thorough discussion on perfecting our country's administrative system of accountability measures.
