随着经济的发展、生活水平的提高,环境问题逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。由于特殊的国情,我国的环境问题与众不同,环境治理也显得尤为迫切,保护环境是每个公民义不容辞的责任,我们要加大保护环境的力度,探寻积极有效的措施。
