摘要
健美操运动是女大学生比较喜欢的一项运动,对女大学生心理素质产生积极的影响.本文通过文献资料法、访问法、问卷调查法、数据统计等方法对女大学生上健美操课情况进行调查,了解健美操对她们的心理素质的影响情况.结果表明:通过参加健美操锻炼,女大学生自我满意程度、身体协调性、灵活性、独立性、情绪调节能力、意志力和性格、社会适应能力等方面都有较显著增强。
Aerobics is a movement that female students are much interested in, It has a significant impact on female students’ psychological quality. This paper investigate the situation of female students on the course of aerobics in Hainan Normal University through the use of literature, questionnaire surveys, statistics and other methods to understand aerobics on their psychological impacts. The results show that through participation in aerobic exercise, female students’ independence, enthusiasm, will, and so on have a more significantly enhanced.
