摘要
根据马克思生产关系要适应生产力发展的原理,目前我国高校经过多年的发展,特别是改革开放以来的大发展,未来的发展已经越来越受到行政化弊端的约束。高校去行政化改革已经成为社会关注的重点,并势在必行。2011年两会期间,多位代表提出了高校行政化改革的必要性、改革的方向、改革的思路等建议。本文将从多个角度对高校去行政化改革进行分析,并提出相应的建议。
According to Marx theory that the relations of production should adapt to development of productive forces, the future development of current university has become increasingly constrained by the disadvantages of administration after years of development, especially large-scale development since the reform and opening up. Getting rid of the administrative reform in universities has become the focus of social concern, and imperative. During the two sessions in 2011, a number of representatives raised the need for reform of university administration, the direction of reform, and reform ideas and so on. This article analyzes the getting rid of the administrative reform of the universities from various angles and gives suggestions.
