摘要
学生工作长期以来相应的职业认同和专业化比较滞后,笔者结合高职院校学生工作的实际情况,对当前高职院校学生工作专业化建设存在的问题进行了分析,同时结合笔者的认识和看法提出了一些相应的措施和内涵创新的建议。希望能够对高职院校的学生工作在理论探讨上有所裨益。
The student works since long the corresponding occupation approval and the specialization quite lags,the author unifies the actual situation which the quality colleges and universities student works,worked the specialized construction existence question to the current quality colleges and universities student to carry on the analysis,simultaneously unified author's understanding and the view proposed some corresponding measures and the connotation innovation suggestion.The hope can work to the quality colleges and universities student in the theory discussion has a benefit.
