摘要
近年来,互联网时代的到来,网络群体性事件呈"井喷式"发展态势。本文基于对网络群体性事件特征的探讨,认为应当正视网络群体性事件,将其纳入社会风险管理体系,加以理性引导,亦可视为实现国家与公民社会间积极、有序、良性互动的路径选择。
In recent years,the Internet time's arrival,the network colony event assumed 'the blowout type' the development momentum.This article based on to the network colony event characteristic's discussion,thought that must face up to the network colony event,integrates the social risks management system it,performs the rational guidance,may also regard as realizes the country and the civil society positive,the order,the benign interaction way choice.
