摘要
项目的财务评价指标的选取和评价方法的选择是否正确关系到项目的成败。当前我们国家工程项目在进行项目的财务评价时所选取的指标体系还存在着很大的缺陷,致使这一项目评价的重要方法在项目建设中没有发挥其应有的重要作用。
