摘要
伴随着我国改革开放的大潮,80后、90后这些新生代农民工虽然已经在思想观念、价值取向等方面产生了巨大的差异。但这样的差异,不足以弥合长期以来城乡二元化的体制给在人力资源上给我们带来的巨大束缚,他们的工作内容没有随着时代的发展而发展,仍停留在低收入的状态,无法在城市安居乐业。本文就针对这一问题,从人力资源发展的角度,提出对策。
Is following our country reform and open policy flood tide,after 80,90,these Cainozoic Era peasant laborer,although in aspects and so on ideological concept,value orientation had already had the huge difference.But such difference,is insufficient to close since long the city and countryside dualization system for on the human resources the huge fetter which brings to us,their work content has not developed along with the time development,still paused in the low income condition,is unable to enjoy a good and prosperous life in the city.This article aims at this question,from the human resources development's angle,proposes the countermeasure.
