摘要
服务型政府是以公民为中心的政府、职能有限的政府、行政行为有效的政府、法治政府、责任政府、民主参与的政府。新中国成立以来,一直在探索如何建设一个民主、活泼、高效的社会主义政府体系,进入21世纪,中国启动了创建"服务型政府"的进程,在分析其现状的基础之上,找到原因,并提出了相关对策。
