摘要
自我国生育保险制度改革十多年以来,我国生育保险制度的发展取得了一定成果。然而在占我国人口绝大多数的农村,由于相关的政策法规并未出台,农村妇女并不能享受到生育保险带来的福祉。成都市温江区在农村妇女生育保障问题上走在全国的前列,当地政府专门为此做出了一些规定,本文以温江区为例,为阐述对于农村妇女生育保险制度的法律问题提供了很好的现实依据。
From the decades of the reform in maternity insurance,the development of the maternity insurance have had in our society.Many company supply the maternity insurance for woman,as a result,women rights is protected,the social state of the woman is raised.However,in the countryside,the maternity insurance cannot supply to local woman.Due to lack of law,all of the woman in countryside cannot have the right of the maternity insurance.In wenjiang borough of chengdu city,the local government do well in this problem,such as make some plan to protect the rights of countryside woman.Meanwhile,it provides some evidences to illustrate my point of view.
