摘要
在中国社会逐步进入老龄化的过程中,用工形式也在不断的变化发展。本文以第四石油机械厂齿轮箱分厂的用工构成作为依据,对劳动派遣工人的思想动态作了分析,并提出了相应的对策。
In Chinese society gradually into the process of aging,employment forms are constantly changing development.In this paper,the fourth branch of petroleum machinery factory gear box form of employment as the basis for the idea of dynamic la-bor dispatch workers are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures.
