摘要
本文探讨了全球金融危机下中国企业的跨国并购问题,指出目前企业并购中面临的机遇和条件以及存在的问题,并提出了中国企业在全球金融危机背景下成功跨国并购的若干策略建议。
This article has discussed under the whole world financial crisis the Chinese Enterprise's transnational merger and acquisition question, pointed out in the present enterprise merger and acquisition faces the opportunity and the condition as well as the existence question, and proposed the Chinese Enterprise succeeds the transnational merger and acquisition certain strategy suggestion under the whole world financial crisis background.
