摘要
高校辅导员作为大学生的人生导师,肩负着对学生政治上领导、思想上诱导、道德上倡导、心理上辅导、生活上指导、学习上引导、工作上教导、为人处世上劝导的多重重任。因此在构建和谐校园的系统工程中,作为辅导员,我们应当高度关注对大学生合作意识的教育与培养。
