摘要
目前我国正在建立和完善社会主义市场经济体系,因此,我国惩罚性损害赔偿制度也应适应社会主义市场经济的发展,在司法实践中逐步得到完善。
At present our country is establishing and the consummation socialist market economy system,therefore,our country punitive damage compensate system should also adapt the socialist market economy development,obtains the consummation gradually in the judicial practice.
