摘要
所谓法律文化,就是指一个民族在法制发展中所形成的法律价值观,它指导着一国法治建设的发展,并通过立法、司法等法律活动表现出来。文章便试图通过对我国古代传统的权与法关系剖析,来阐释我国传统法律文化的内涵与特点。
