摘要
本文是从我国电子政务运行的实际情况出发,界定了电子政务的内涵,阐明了对电子政务运行提出信用要求的主体。本文在阐述电子政务系统运行信用重要性的基础上,分别从技术和管理两个方面出发,制定了相应的应对策略,为电子政务系统运行信用提供了一定的建议和看法。
