摘要
学生党员是大学生骨干,加强和改进高校学生党员教育监督工作,是提高高校学生党员素质的需要,是实现高校社会主义人才培养目标的需要,是巩固党的执政地位和全面建设小康社会的需要。但面临当前新形势,学生党员教育监督仍然存在一些问题,影响了高校党的先进性,影响科学发展观落实。重视和加强对学生党员的教育与监督,迫切需要发挥学生党员主体性作用的。
