本文正是从洛阳高新技术产业和风险投资的发展现状入手,分析目前洛阳风险投资业在高新技术产业上的应用上所存在的问题,指出洛阳风险投资业发展的迫切性和重要性,并提出发展风险投资业的对策建议。
