摘要
本文在探讨城市综合体建设的概念、特点、背景的基础上,结合杭州创新创业新天地城市综合体建设的实践,提出城市综合体建设应注重科学规划、功能集成、地上地下互动、交通有机集散、特色化景观设计和文化遗产保护等原则。
