摘要
企业面对更多的挑战,要适应环境的变化,才能战胜挑战。国内外一些企业开始寻求一些新的管理方法,IPD就是其中之一,本文仅选取了IPD中一个核心—共用技术平台思想,用战略理论和观点,来分析其价值,以及在共用技术平台开发中的管理问题。初步阐释这种在国内还比较新的管理方式,希望能够让更多的学者和管理者能够关注并丰富这一理论。
