摘要
目的分析中医药适宜技术在社区中老年临终关怀患者中的应用。方法挑选干预组和对照组各50例,对照组接受住院常规诊治,干预组接受住院常规诊治+中医药适宜技术干预,干预组患者在常规保守治疗的基础上,结合中医药的整体观念和辨证论治的观念,运用中医药适宜技术进行干预,干预前和干预后两个月,根据《疼痛分级量表》来评价研究对象的疼痛程度,根据《汉密尔顿焦虑量表》来评价研究对象干预前后的焦虑程度,以《生活质量测定量表》来评价研究对象的生活质量改善程度。结果干预组和治疗组在治疗后的疼痛、焦虑程度及生活质量较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05),且干预组的改善程度优于对照组,且干预组的满意度更高(P<0.05),治疗费用更少(P<0.05)。结论中医药适宜技术应用于社区中老年临终关怀患者,简便易行、疗效迅速、安全、不良反应小、方法灵活多样、无需大型医疗设备,非常适宜在社区开展。
Objective To analyze the appropriate technology of Chinese medicine in the community elderly hospice patient application. Methods Intervention group and control group were selected with 50 people in each. Patients in control group received conventional treatment, and patients in intervention group received regular hospital diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine suitable ＋ technical intervention. And patiens in intervention group were based on conventional conservative treatment combined with the concept of medicine as a whole concept and TDS. Chinese medicine appropriate technology intervention was carried on. At intervention and post-intervention two months ago, the 〈 pain rating scale 〉 was used to evaluat the degree of pain, the 〈 HAMA 〉 was used to evaluate the degree of anxiety before and after the intervention study, and the 〈 quality of life measurement scale 〉 was used to evaluate the degree of improvement in the quality of life of the study. Results The former pain, anxiety, quality of life n the intervention group and treatment group after treatment were significantly improved, compared with before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. The degree of improvement in the intervention group was better than that in control group. The satisfaction in the interventior/group was higher（P 〈 0.05）, the cost of treatment in the intervention group was less（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine appropriate technology for community elderly hospice patients is simple, rapid effect, security, less adverse reaction, flexible and diverse. It dose not need for large medical equipment. It is very suitable for communities.
