内镜窄带成像技术在早期胃癌及癌前病变中的应用进展 被引量:3

摘要 胃癌是在我国具有比较高的发病率与病死率的一种恶性肿瘤疾病,对胃癌患者的机体健康带来严重威胁。对胃癌患者进行早期的准确诊断,并对确诊的胃癌患者进行及时的临床治疗,可以有效提高胃癌患者的预后情况,有助于改善胃癌患者的生存质量,进而对患者的胃癌疾病进行有效的控制或者治愈。内镜窄带成像技术是目前内镜诊断中的一个新兴技术,与传统的内镜诊断技术相比,内镜窄带成像技术在早期胃癌及癌前病变中的临床诊断的优势比较明显,可以明显提高胃癌患者的诊断率,有助于改善胃癌患者的预后。 Gastric cancer is a malignant neoplastic disease with a relatively high incidence and mortality,which brings a serious threat to the body health of patients with gastric cancer in our country.Early accurate diagnosis of patients with gastric cancer and the timely clinical treatment on those patients can effectively improve the prognosis and help to improve their quality of life.Thus,gastric cancer of patients can be effectively controlled and cured. Endoscopic narrow-band imaging technology is a new technology in the current endoscopic diagnosis.Compared with the traditional ones,it has a distinct advantage in the clinical treatment of gastric cancer and precancerous lesions. In addition,it can significantly improve diagnostic rate and be helpful to improve prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.
