摘要
针对重型装甲车辆传统钢质轮辋难以减重的问题,研究了新型铝合金轮辋加工技术。结合轮辋结构与挤压加工特点,研究提出了空心坯料反向挤压省力成形方法,大幅度降低挤压成形力的同时,提高了挤压变形的均匀性,为底部带中心孔的大型薄壁盘(筒)形件的成形提供了新思路。省力成形技术成功应用于某重型装甲车辆铝合金轮辋的成形制造,为兵器装备轻量化提供了重要途径。
Aimed at overweight of heavy armored car with steel wheel,forming technology of aluminum alloy wheel was investigated.According to wheel structure and extrusion characteristic,a method of extrusion from hollow billet was developed.Forming force was decreased enormously and deformation uniformity degree was increased during extrusion from hollow billet.It offered new approach for forming large parts with thin wall and center hole.The aluminum alloy wheel was manufactured successfully and light weight of weapon equipment was achieved.
