摘要
城市化进程是未来社会不可逆转的趋势,在此影响下,越来越多的进城务工的农民工带子女随迁一起前往城市,随之而产生了一个新的社会问题,也就是城市农民工子女教育平等权的保障问题。然而,在当前我国的义务教育中城市农民工子女的受教育问题仍较为薄弱。本文通过诠释城市农民工子女平等权的内容和现实困境,分析城市农民工子女教育平等权保障缺失的原因,提出构建城市农民工子女教育平等权的机制,实现教育公平。
The process of urbanization is an irreversible trend in the future society. Under this influence, more migrant rural workers bring their children to the cities living together. This process leads to a new social problem. That is safeguarding the Equal Rights of Education for migrant rural workers＇Children. However, the education problem of the migrant rural children is still the weak link in the current compulsory education. Therefore, it is an important direction of the government work to analyze the reason of the lack of the equality safeguard of the migrant rural workers＇children education and to ensure its realization.
