摘要
SIP协议作为多媒体应用中的主要文本通信协议,其传统的传输机制已经难以适应移动互联网低带宽,不稳定的网络环境.针对上述问题,研究和设计了一种面向移动互联网的SIP节流传输机制:一方面运用MQTT协议将原始双通道传输改进为单通道传输,另一方面对SIP协议的保活及信令压缩进行优化.移动终端发出的SIP消息将通过MQTT协议的传输通道进行网络传输,由MQTT代理完成对消息体的解析和转发,最后由SIP服务器进行处理.通过上述优化设计,大大节省了SIP数据传输过程中的流量消耗,降低了移动设备对网络带宽、计算资源以及功耗的要求,提高了SIP终端应用的性能体验.
Recently,the mobile internet communication technologies become matured gradually. The SIP protocol, as the main text communication in multimedia applications, cannot be adapt to the mobile internet, which has the attributes of low-bandwidth and unsta- ble environment,because of its traditional transport mechanism. In this paper, for the above problem, we study and design a kind of throttling transport mechanism for mobile internet:On one hand,the original double channel transmission will be transferred to single one based on the MQTT protocol; On the other hand, the keep-alive and signal-compression mechanism of the SIP protocol will be also optimized. So, MQTT protocol transmission channels will transfer SIP message, which sent out by mobile terminal;then the message is parsed and forwarded by MQTT agency,eventually processed by SIP server. Through the optimization design, which greatly saves the data transmission flow of the process of consumption, reduces the mobile devices to the network bandwidth, the power consumption of computing resources and requirement, and improves the performance of the SIP terminal applications.
