摘要
目的研究猪苓Polyporus umbellatus(pers.)中脂肪酸类化学成分。方法采用95%乙醇浸提猪苓药材粗粉,综合运用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱及ODS柱色谱方法进行分离、纯化,通过核磁共振(NMR)波谱分析及高分辨质谱技术(HR-ESI-MS)确证分离所得成分化学结构。结果分离得到并鉴定5个脂肪族类化合物,分别鉴定为十七烷酸Heptadecanoic acid(1)、棕榈油酸Palmitoleic acid(2)、亚油酸Linoleic acid(3)、亚油酸甲酯Linolelaidic acid-methyl ester(4)、亚油酸乙酯Linolelaidic acid-ethyl ester(5)。结论首次从猪苓菌核体中分离得到化合物1~5。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of fat acids from Polyporus umbellatus(pers.)Fr.. Methods Coarse powder of Polyporus umbellatus was extracted with 95% ethanol and then was isolated and purified with silica gel, LH-20 and ODS column chromatography. The structure of the purified compounds was elucidated by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and high-resolution electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry(HR-ESI-MS). Results Five compounds of fat acids or their derivatives,heptadecanoic acid(1),palmitoleic acid(2),linoleic acid(3),linolelaidic acid-methyl ester(4),linolelaidic acid-ethyl ester(5),were isolated and identified. Conclusion The five compounds(compound 1-5)were obtained firstly from Polyporus umbellatus.
