摘要
节俭式创新的根本驱动是对条件约束的主动性回应,其主要表现形式是价廉物美,且具有显著的"三重底线"效应。节俭式创新在本质上是一种商业模式创新,需要新的资源结构、交易结构和价值结构,可以从价值主张、资源与能力、内部和外部组织、成本结构、收入结构等方面概括出节俭式创新的商业模式框架。企业推进节俭式创新,应确立自身独特的价值主张,努力将条件约束转化为创新机遇,着力塑造低成本价值链,有效培育节俭式创新能力,积极开展开放式创新。
The fundamental driver of frugal innovation is a proactive response to the conditional constraint. The main form of frugal inno- vation is low price and high quality, and it has a significant "triple bottom line" effect. Frugal innovation is essentially a business mod- el innovation, which requires new resource structure, transaction structure and value structure. The business model framework of frugal innovation can be summarized from the value proposition, resources and capabilities, the internal and external organization, cost struc- ture and income structure. To promote frugal innovation, Enterprises should establish its own unique value proposition, try to transform the constraints into innovative opportunities, strive to create low-cost value chain, effectively foster capabilities of frugal innovation, and actively carry out open innovation.
