摘要
在U形切槽梁双参数测试法理论推导基础上,试验了21个大理岩U形切槽梁试样,用双参数法确定其拉伸强度和断裂韧度.为了保证测试结果的有效性,在断裂后的半截U形切槽梁上钻取了8个巴西圆盘试样和7个人字形切槽巴西圆盘试样,分别单独测试其拉伸强度和断裂韧度.不同方法测试结果比较表明:由U形切槽梁双参数测试法得到的拉伸强度和断裂韧度分别与用巴西圆盘试样测得的拉伸强度和用人字形切槽巴西圆盘试样测得的断裂韧度接近.用Gómez有关文献中PMMA材料的U形切槽梁实验数据进行分析,再次证实了U形切槽梁双参数测试法的有效性.
Based on the theoretical formulation of two-parameter test method with U-notched beams, 21 U-notched marble beam specimens were tested for determining its tensile strength and fracture toughness concurrently, To validate the effectiveness of the test results,8 Brazilian disc specimens and 7 CCNBD (cracked chevron notched Brazilian disc) specimens were drilled from the ruptured beam halves and tested to get the tensile strength and fracture toughness of the tested material respectively. Comparison of the results from different test methods shows that the tensile strength and fracture toughness from the two-parameter test method are close to those from Brazilian disk and CCNBD respectively. The two-parameter test method with U-notched beams is also used to analyze Gomez' s experimental data of U-notched PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate ) beam specimens, and the effectiveness of the two-parameter test method is further confirmed.
