摘要
随着城镇化的快速扩张,农村迎来新的发展机会,同时农村社会治安也呈现出一些新状况,影响着农村社会治安。在城镇化的新背景下,我国农村存在着群体性事件、黑恶势力、留守儿童及黄赌毒治安问题,农村社会治安治理面临着基层组织控制不力、治安投入不足、法制体系不完善、利益表达机制不健全等困境。探索农村社会治安治理的机制建设,最终妥善解决农村社会治安问题,方能维护农村社会稳定。
with the rapid development of urbanization, rural usher in new opportunities for development. At the same time, the rural social security also appeared a lot of new condition, which affected rural social security. Under the background of urbanization, the rural have many social security problems, such as mass incidents, black evil forces, left-behind children, gamble, drugs and pornography. There are difficulties faced by the rural social security governance, such as organizations at the grass-roots level, lack of control, inadequate security, imperfect legal system and the benefit expression mechanism. Therefore building community management governance model, improving the mechanism of the rural construction of spiritual civilization, establishing rural special people control mechanism and constructing ＂eroticism, gambling, poison＂ governance mechanism, innovation of rural social security governance mediation mechanism and supervision mechanism, eventually to solve the problem of rural social security and keep rural social stability properly.
