摘要
目的:探讨简易负压封闭辅助伤口闭合技术在IV期压疮治疗中的效果。方法:2014年6月~2016年4月院外带入IV期压疮40例,将其随机等分为对照组及观察组,对照组采用湿性愈合敷料换药,观察组采用简易负压封闭辅助伤口闭合技术换药。比较两组患者创面完成清创后90 d伤口治疗的效果。结果:观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:简易负压封闭辅助伤口闭合技术能显著加快伤口床肉芽组织的生长,促进创面愈合。
Objective： To discuss the effect of simple vacuum sealing assisted wound closure technology in the treatment of patients with phase IV pressure sores. Methods： Brought 40 cases of patients with phase IV pressure sores from the outside of hospital in the period from June 2014 to April 2016,they were equally divided into control group and observation group at random,in which,wet healing dressings were adopted in the control group,and dressing with simple vacuum sealing assisted wound closure technology was adopted in the observation group. Then,the patients from two groups were compared in effect of wound therapy 90 d after completion of debridement. Results： The observation group was obviously superior to the control group in curative effect,and the difference was of statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： simple vacuum sealing assisted wound closure technology could significantly accelerate the granulation tissue growth of wound bed and promote the wound healing.
