摘要
在经济新常态和供给侧改革的形势下,钢铁企业员工培训应准确把握新常态,通过观念与思路创新,着力于培训目标、形式与内容等的战略转变,达到体系化基础上的创新驱动,实现新形势下员工个人发展与企业改革创新的和谐统一。
Under the circumstance of China's new normal and supply-front economics, staff training of steel company should be guided by this new trend. We need to adapt to the shift of strategies like training goals, forms and content to achieve dynamic creation of training system and realize the harmonious union of personal development and enterprise innovation.
