摘要
针对低碳经济发展状况问题,首先从经济社会发展状况、环境污染与治理状况、自然环境状况三个方面选取11个指标建立指标评价体系。其次,基于华东地区6省1市2014年的统计数据,建立模糊综合评价模型对华东地区6省1市的低碳经济发展水平进行定量分析,并构建隶属度函数进行等级划分。结果表明:就低碳经济发展而言,安徽和山东发展水平较低,浙江和福建低碳经济发展水平较高,其他省市的发展则处于一般水平。最后针对低碳经济发展中的问题提出相应的对策建议。
In view of the low carbon economic problems, first of all, from the economic and social development, environmental pollution and governance status, the natural environment of the three selected 11 indicators to establish indicators of evaluation system. From the analysis results, the development of low-carbon economic in Anhui Province and Shandong Province is relatively low, while the development of low-carbon economic in Zhejiang Province and Fujian Province is relatively high and the other provinces in eastern China＇s low-carbon economic development is at the general level. Finally, according to the problems in the development of low-carbon economy, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given.
