摘要
活动房自动调平系统是以STM32单片机作为控制器,双轴倾角传感器读取平台的倾角,8路继电器控制器模块控制支撑腿动作、触摸屏进行显示和操作外加1套液压执行机构等配合完成。本文围绕平台支撑和驱动方式,设计系统硬件和调平算法这三个方面进行阐述,结果表明采用液压式四点支撑追逐式循环多次调平法是合理有效的。
The automatic leveling system of movable room based on MCU use STM32 microcontroller as the main controller, double axis inclination sensor to read the platform inclination, 8 way relay controller module to control supporting legs’ extension, touch screen to display X and Y direction’s angles and command other operations, and a set of hydraulic actuator to complete the platform automatic leveling together. This paper launches around three aspects, thefirst is to decide the platform support and driving mode, the second is to design reasonable hardware, the last is to give the leveling algorithm. The results show that the hydraulic leveling method of four-point supporting Chase-cycle repeatedly leveling method is reasonable and effective.
