摘要
目的分析胃炎胃溃疡患者饮食护理干预对生存质量的影响。方法 118例胃炎胃溃疡患者,依据护理措施不同分为研究组与对照组,各59例。对照组行常规性护理,研究组在对照组基础上行饮食护理干预,比较两组护理前后心理状态评分以及生活质量评分。结果护理前两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后研究组HAMD评分为(9.21±4.72)分,HAMA评分为(10.81±2.72)分,低于对照组的(13.36±7.64)、(16.23±3.82)分,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃炎胃溃疡患者行饮食护理干预可改善其负面情绪,并提高生存质量,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the influence of diet nursing intervention on quality of life in gastritis and gastric ulcer patients. Methods A total of gastritis and gastric ulcer patients were divided by different nursing methods into research group and control group, with 59 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the research group received diet nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on psychological state score and life quality score before and after nursing in two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) score and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) score before nursing(P0.05). After nursing, the research group had HAMD score as(9.21±4.72) points, HAMA score as(10.81±2.72) points, which were all lower than(13.36±7.64) and(16.23±3.82) points in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P0.05). The research group had higher life quality score than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P0.05). Conclusion Diet nursing intervention can improve the negative mood of gastritis and gastric ulcer patients, and increase their quality of life. So it is worth promotion.
