摘要
以锚杆(锚索)为代表的岩土锚固技术自诞生以来,便发挥了不可估量的作用。但传统摩擦型锚杆(锚索)及新兴扩体锚杆(锚索)在遇到特殊地质条件或复杂周边环境时,又呈现出各自的不足之处。基于此,本文提出一种可以提供更大抗拔力,并能很好适应特殊地质条件及复杂周边环境的机械扩大头锚杆(锚索)结构,并详细介绍了机械扩大头锚杆(锚索)的工作原理、适用范围、施工工艺流程及操作要点。通过工程实践应用,验证了机械扩大头锚杆(锚索)的可行性及适用性。
The anchorage technology represented by anchor bolt and cable has played an invaluable role since its beginning. However, either the traditional friction anchor or the newly expanded anchor has their shortcomings in the special geological condition or complex surrounding environment. A mechanical expanded anchor with greater pull-out capacity and good adaption to special geological conditions and complex surrounding environment is introduced in this paper. The working principle, application scope, construction process and operating controlling points are also specified. The feasibility and applicability of mechanical expanded anchor are verified by engineering practice.
