摘要
目的:讨论冠心病患者实施优质护理干预的临床效果。方法:选取2015年6月-2016年6月在笔者所在医院治疗的冠心病患者86例患者为研究对象,分为常规组和优质组,常规组予以常规的护理干预,优质组在常规组的基础上实施更优质的护理干预。比较两组患者治疗效果和满意度。结果:优质组患者的治疗效果及满意度均明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预可以有效地改善患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量,保障治疗效果,改善患者的预后,值得在临床中推广与应用。
Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of high quality nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease.Method：From June 2015 to June 2016,86 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital were selected as study subjects,they were divided into the conventional group and the high quality group,the conventional group was given routine nursing group,on the basis of the conventional group,the high quality group accepted a higher quality of care intervention.The treatment effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result：The treatment effect and satisfaction of the high quality group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group,the differences were significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：High quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life,ensure the treatment effect,improve the prognosis of patients,it is worth to be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
