摘要
目的:比较使用不同种类促红细胞生成素(EPO)治疗维持性血液透析患者肾性贫血的疗效情况。方法:回顾性选取2014年4-7月笔者所在医院血透室维持性血液透析患者作为观察对象,透析时间≥3个月,同种EPO治疗超过3个月,根据所用EPO种类,分为重组人红细胞生成素-α(EPO-α)组和重组人红细胞生成素-β(EPO-β)组,对两组患者的基本资料、贫血达标指标、EPO的使用情况、影响EPO使用疗效的指标进行横断面调查,并进行统计分析。结果:两组患者年龄、性别构成、原发病构成、干体重、每周透析次数等一般资料,以及治疗前后血红蛋白、血清铁、尿素氮下降率等指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。EPO-β组注射次数明显高于EPO-α组,周平均EPO用量明显低于EPO-α组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗维持性血液透析患者肾性贫血,达到相同的Hb靶目标,EPO-β的用量明显低于EPO-α。
Objective：To compare the effects of different types of erythropoietin（EPO） on correcting renal anemia of chronic hemodialysis patients.Method：During April to July 2014,120 chronic hemodialysis patients with maintained hemodialysis and the same kind of EPO more than 3 months were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University,and divided into EPO-α group and EPO-β group according to EPO types,and basic information of patients,EPO dosage,anemia correcting percentage,influence factors of EPO effect were analyzed by statistical method.Result：There were no significant difference between EPO-α group and EPO-β group in the area of age gender composition,primary disease composition,dry weight,dialysis frequency（P〉0.05）.And the hemoglobin,serum iron,urea reduction rate had no difference before and after treatment（P〉0.05）.The EPO injection times in each week of EPO-β group was significantly higher than that of EPO-α group（P〈0.05）;the mean EPO dosage in each week of EPO-β group was significantly less than that of EPO-α group（P0.05）.Conclusion：To achieve the same standard of Hb level,the EPO dosage of EPO-β group is significantly lower than that of EPO-α group.
