摘要
基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA平台对两种垂直壁圆筒件有支撑板料渐进成形过程的成形路径(圆弧平移和圆弧逼近)下的节点流动和厚度分布进行了研究,并通过实验对厚度分布情况进行了验证。结果表明,与圆弧平移路径相比,圆弧逼近成形路径节点流向直壁部分比较多;而且最小厚度集中在圆角部分,能够获得比较理想的制件。
Based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA platform, the nodes flow and thickness distribution of vertical wall cylinder in two kinds forming paths (arc translation and arc approximation) of incremental sheet forming process with supporting were studied. The thickness distribution was verified by experiment. The results show that, compared with arc translation path, more nodes flow to the straight wall section in the path of arc approximation; the minimum thickness is concentrated in the rounded comers, which can obtain the ideal parts.
