摘要
通过宏观形貌观察、显微组织分析以及拉伸试验,研究了热轧温度及道次加工率对4004铝合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在300~460℃轧制时,4004铝合金板的裂边随热轧温度的提高而下降,440℃轧制的板材裂边最小,且组织均匀,强度和伸长率良好。按不同道次加工率轧制后,合金组织和性能变化不大。
The effects of hot rolling temperatures and pass processing rate on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 4004 aluminum alloy were investigated by macro-morphology observation, metallographie analysis and tensile tests. The results indicate that, when the alloy is roiled at 300-460 ℃, the edge crack of 4004 aluminum alloy sheet decreases with the increase of the hot rolling temperature. The edge crack of the sheet rolled at 440 ℃ is the smallest. And the microstructure is uniform, the strength and elongation are good. After rolling of different pass processing rates, the microstructure and properties of the alloy change little.
