摘要
资源型城市是依托资源开发而兴起的城市 ,产业转型是关系到资源型城市可持续发展的关键问题。资源型城市单纯依靠比较优势 ,缺乏竞争优势 ,产业转型就难于实现。针对我国资源型城市的实际 ,提出了再造资源型城市区域竞争优势的战略措施和保障措施。
Resource-based cities are developed by resource exploitation. Industry conversion is important to sustainable development of the cities. It is hard to achieve if resource-based cities depend on comparative advantage and lack regional competitive advantage. Based on characteristics of resource-based cities, the countermeasures are put forward for reconstruction of regional competitive advantage.
